  • Create and manage a Meat Moot account

2. Eligibility

Availability of features, products, and prices may vary by city, country, and branch.

5. Orders & Reservations

5.1 Orders (Pickup / Takeaway)

Where online ordering is available:

  • Your order through the Services is an offer to purchase the selected items from the chosen Meat Moot branch.
  • We may accept or reject any order at our discretion (for example due to stock availability, technical issues, or suspected fraud).
  • You will see applicable prices, taxes, and fees before confirming your order.
  • Product images are for illustration only; actual items may differ slightly in size, presentation, or ingredients.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change menu items and prices at any time
  • Limit quantities of certain products
  • Cancel or adjust orders in case of obvious errors (for example, incorrect price due to technical or system mistakes)

If your order is cancelled after you have paid, we will, where applicable, reimburse you using the original payment method, subject to payment provider rules and timelines.

5.2 Reservations

Where table bookings are available:

  • Reservation times are subject to branch capacity, operational constraints, and opening hours.
  • Branches may cancel or adjust a reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances (for example, operational issues, safety concerns, or events).
  • You are responsible for arriving on time or informing the branch if you are delayed.
  • Branches may apply their own policies (e.g., minimum spend, maximum seating time, or grace period for late arrival).

6. Prices, Payments & Taxes

Prices are shown in the local currency of the selected branch, unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may include or exclude taxes, service fees, or other charges depending on local law and will be shown before you confirm your order.
  • Available payment methods (card, wallet, cash on pickup, etc.) depend on your location and the branch.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. By making a payment, you also agree to the terms and privacy policies of these providers. Meat Moot is not responsible for technical or security issues arising from third-party payment systems, but we use reputable providers and follow industry standards.

7. Third-Party Platforms & Links

The App may be distributed through third-party platforms such as:

  • Apple App Store
  • Other app stores or marketplaces

Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies.

  • Download, install, and use the App on a device that you own or control,
  • Use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use related to Meat Moot products and services.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except where permitted by law)
  • Sell, rent, lease, or distribute the App or any part of the Services

Apple, Google, and other store providers are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the App or its content. They are not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App.

You agree that you will not:

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or otherwise harm staff, other users, or third parties

  • Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims related to the Services will not exceed the total amount you have paid to Meat Moot through the Services in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
