Welcome to Meat Moot. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all digital services operated by or on behalf of [A.Ş Meat Moot Food GIDA ] (“Meat Moot”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including our website, mobile applications, and any other digital service where these Terms are displayed or referenced.
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to all use of the Services, including when you browse content, view branch locations, place pickup orders (where available), book tables (where available), use loyalty features, manage an account, or contact us through the Services.
Additional terms may apply to specific features (e.g., loyalty programs, promotions, campaigns). In case of conflict, the feature-specific terms prevail for that feature.
2. Eligibility
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), or that a parent/legal guardian has authorized your use and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You also confirm you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
3. Account Registration & Security
Certain features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and remain responsible for all activity under your account.
Notify us promptly at [Support Email] if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in breach of these Terms.
4. Description of the Services
Depending on location and branch, Services may include menus, branch details, pickup ordering, reservations, favorites, loyalty features, and external links (maps/social).
Availability, products, and pricing may vary by city, country, and branch and may change at any time.
5. Orders & Reservations
5.1 Orders (Pickup / Takeaway)
Your order is an offer to purchase items from the selected branch. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion (e.g., stock, technical issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors).
Images are illustrative only; actual items may vary slightly.
If an order is cancelled after payment, we will (where applicable) refund via the original method, subject to payment provider timelines and rules.
5.2 Reservations
Reservations are subject to branch capacity and operations. Branches may adjust or cancel reservations due to operational, safety, or force-majeure circumstances.
Branches may apply their own local policies (e.g., grace period, seating time limits, minimum spend) where permitted by law.
6. Prices, Payments, Taxes & Chargebacks
Prices are displayed in local currency unless stated otherwise and may include/exclude taxes/fees depending on local law (shown before confirmation).
Payments may be processed by third-party providers. You also agree to their terms and privacy policies. Meat Moot is not responsible for failures attributable to third-party payment systems, though we use reputable providers and industry standards.
Chargebacks/Disputes: Unjustified chargebacks or abusive dispute behavior may result in account restrictions and recovery actions where lawful.
