Account Deletion Instructions
This page explains how you can permanently delete your Meat Moot app account and the data associated with it. These steps apply to both the iOS and Android versions of the Meat Moot app.
1. Delete Your Account Directly in the App
You can delete your account yourself at any time from inside the Meat Moot app:
- Open the Meat Moot app on your phone.
- Log in to your account, if you are not already logged in.
- Go to your Account / Profile section.
- Open Settings (or Account Settings).
- Select Permanently Delete Account.

On the Permanently Delete Account screen, review the information about what will be deleted,
including:
- All your personal information
- Your order history and bookings
- Your earned coins and coupons
- Your saved addresses and preferences
- Your reviews and ratings
- To confirm, type DELETE in the confirmation field exactly as shown.
- Tap Delete My Account Permanently.
- A final warning popup will appear (for example, “Final Warning – Are you absolutely sure? This action cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted.”). Confirm by selecting Delete Permanently.
After you confirm, you will see a message such as: “Account Deleted – Your account and all associated data have been permanently deleted. Thank you for using MeatMoot.”
2. What Deletion Means
When you complete the deletion flow in the app, your account is permanently removed from our active systems. This includes:
- Your account profile and login
- Your personal information stored in the app
- Your order and booking history (as visible in the app)
- Your earned coins, coupons, and rewards
- Your saved addresses and preferences
- Your reviews and ratings
Once deleted, your account cannot be restored. If you decide to use Meat Moot again, you will need to create a new account.
3. Data That May Still Be Retained
Even after account deletion, we may retain certain limited information where we are legally required or permitted to do so, for example:
- Transaction or billing records required for accounting, tax, or legal purposes
- Data stored in system backups, which are deleted on a scheduled basis
- Information needed to prevent fraud, abuse, or to enforce our terms
Any retained data will be kept only for as long as necessary and will not be used for marketing once your account is deleted.
4. If You Cannot Access Your Account
If you are unable to log in to the app but still want to delete your account (for example, you no longer have access to your login method), you can contact our support team for help with manual deletion.
Please email us from the address associated with your Meat Moot account and include:
- Your full name
- The email or phone number linked to your Meat Moot account
- Any additional details that help us identify your account
